The problem of this research that student comperhension of the science concept is undeveloped because the lessons are difficult to understand, learning activity in class is unvaried and the process skills student to investigate the surrounding environment have not developed because learning activity is only based on knownledge transfer. One of the ways to improve learning outcomes is through a model combination of Guided Inquiry Aproach, Group Investigation (GI) and Word Square. The aims of this research are to describe teacher activity, student activities and to analyze student learning outcomes.

This research used a qualitative research approach with Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) was held in four meetings. The subjects of this research were student of class IVA Alalak the middle School 4 Banjarmasin in the academic year 2019/2020, the number of students were 23 students.. The data type in this research is qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data obtained through observation of teacher and student activity. Quantitative data is obtained through measurement techniques with individual written tests. Analyzing the data with descriptive analysis tehnique which served into table and graphic in interpratation with percentage scale and learning mastery indicator that has been set.

The result of this research shows that teacher activity at meeting 1 reached good crateria, meeting 2 reached very good criteria, meeting 3 reached very good criteria, and meeting 4 reached very good criteria. Student activity at meeting 1 56,52% reached quite active criteria, meeting 2 69,59% reached active criteria, meeting 3 82,60% reached active criteria, and meeting 4 91,30% reached very active criteria. Classical completeness of student learning outcomes at meeting 1 reached 60,86%, meeting 2 reached 69,55%, meeting 3 reached 82,60%, and meeting 4 reached 95,64%.

The conclusion of this research by using Inkuiri Terbimbing model combined with Group Investigation and Word Square teacher activity is very good, activity of student is very active, and result learn to reach mastery both individual and classical in simple plane material. Thus it is suggested that teachers can use the learning model as well as develop various skills acquiredr.
