ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (1), kompensasi non finansial (2), dan pelatihan (3) baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kota Banjarbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kontrak pada BPBD Kota Banjarbaru sebanyak 35 orang. Sampling jenuh dan probabiliti sampling digunakan sebagai teknik sampling. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis dengan SPSS 22, dimana untuk hasil uji F (simultan) diperoleh hasil Fhitung 4,753 > Ftabel 2,90 hal tersebut berarti lingkungan kerja fisik, kompensasi non finansial, dan pelatihan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Lingkungan kerja fisik dengan hasil thitung 2,113 > ttabel 2,0395 yang berarti secara parsial memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD Kota Banjarbaru. Kompensasi non finansial dengan hasil thitung = 2,337 > ttabel 2,0395 yang berarti secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD Kota Banjarbaru. Pelatihan dengan hasil thitung = 2,335>ttabel 2,0395 yang berarti berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BPBD Kota Banjarbaru.

ABSTRACT

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the physical work environment (1), non-financial compensation (2), and training both partially and simultaneously on the employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Banjarbaru City. This study used interviewing and distributing questionnaires. Respondents in this study were 35 contract employees at BPBD Banjarbaru City. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis technique in this study. The results of the analysis SPSS22, where for the F (simultaneous) test results obtained Fcount 4,753>Ftable 2,90 the right means the physical work environment, non-financial compensation, and training both simultaneously affect employee performance. The physical work environment with the results of tcount 2,113> ttable 2,0395, which means a partially significant effect on employees' performance at the BPBD Banjarbaru City. Non-financial compensation with the result of tcount = 2,337> ttable ,.0395 which means partially influences the performance of employees at the BPBD Banjarbaru City. Training with tcount = 2,335> t table 2,0395, which partially affects the performance of employees at the BPBD Banjarbaru City.
