        The Provincial Government of Central Kalimantan has expanded, streamlined, improved quality and maintained the sustainability of inclusive education services in all pathways, types and levels of education both at the Education Office or schools under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. The problem in this research is based on how the perceptions of madrasah education staff at the Ministry of Religion office, district. Kuala Kapuas, related to Inclusive Education.

This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. Sources of data in this study involved 2 resource persons at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Kab. Kuala Kapuas, data analysis in this study is the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

The results obtained in this study indicate that most of the perceptions of employees in the Ministry of Religion's office district. Kuala Kapuas, regarding inclusive education can be said to be quite good in the application of inclusive education, it's just that there are some obstacles that are still lacking, namely the related program on inclusive education is still not being implemented optimally so that services for children with special needs in schools are still lacking in application.
