The problem is that Group B children at Tk Tunas Setia Barito Kuala are still less able to convey what the teacher has told the children. The reason is that children are not developing their language skills and aspects of their language are less able to motivate them to learn.  The purpose of this study was to determine the development of the Language Aspect Ability of Children in Continuing Some of the Stories / Tales that have been Carried Using the Picture and Picture Model and Talking Sticks with Hand Puppet Media in Group B at Tk Tunas Setia Barito Kuala. 

Thisstudy using a qualitative approach with classroom action research methods (PTK). The subjects of this study were 15 children.  The instrument used by observation and tests on children. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. The indicator of the success of the teacher in achieving a score of 26-31 with the category very well implemented.  The child's activity is said to be successful if the average classical aspect development class is 80% of children get a minimum of 3 stars («««).

The results showed that the activities of the teacher achieved 93.18% results. The results of activities achieved 93 results 33% The results of children's language development reached 84.44% results.  told the children of group B Tk Tunas Setia Barito Kuala to improve the children's language skills in learning languages.

Based on the conclusion, it is suggested that the teacher can apply a combination of pictorial models and picture and talking stick by using hand puppets and the storytelling method is used as an alternative in choosing an approach and learning model so that it can improve the quality of learning.
