This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of Dual Role Conflict (Work Family Conflict)(X1), and Workload (X2) both simultaneously and partially on Work Stress (Y) (Study on the Verlos Kamer (VK) Room Midwife and Postpartum at Hadji Boejasin Pelaihari Regional General Hospital).

This research method is quantitative with associative research with interviews and questionnaires. The population of this study was 35 midwives in the Verlos Kamer (VK) and Postpartum room with the status of married employees and temporary employees. The sample used is purposive sampling technique and nonprobability sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of this study indicate that the Dual Role Conflict (Work Family Conflict) and Workload simultaneously positive influence Work Stress significantly. Dual Role Conflict (Work Family Conflict) affects Work Stress. Workload affects Work Stress.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Konflik Peran Ganda (Work Family Conflict) (X1), dan Beban Kerja (X2) baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap Stres Kerja (Y) (Studi Pada Bidan Ruang Verlos Kamer (VK) dan Nifas di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Hadji Boejasin Pelaihari).

Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan penelitian asosiatif dengan wawancara dan kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini bidan pada ruang Verlos Kamer (VK) dan Nifas dengan status pegawai kawin dan PTT (Pegawai Tidak Tetap) sebesar 35 orang. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik Sampling Purposive dan Nonprobability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Konflik Peran Ganda (Work Family Conflict), dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Stres Kerja. Konflik Peran Ganda (Work Family Conflict) berpengaruh terhadap Stres Kerja. Beban Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Stres Kerja.
