Consumers repurchase intention is affected by a lot of variable. This research is held to find out about: (1) the effect of store layout to Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumer repurchase intention, (2) the effect of price to Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumer repurchase intention, and (3) the effect of food quality to Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumer repurchase intention.

The respondents of this research are 100 Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumers that fit the criteria needed for this research. The sampling method of this research is purposive sampling technique with double regression analysis as analysis technique.

The result of this research indicates that store layout doesn’t give significant effect to consumer repurchase intention. On the other hand, this research indicates that price has a significant effect to Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumer repurchase intention, based on tvalue Sig. of 0,004. Simultaneously, food quality also has a significant effect to Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin’s consumer repurchase intention, based on tvalue Sig. of 0,000.

Minat beli ulang konsumen dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh tata letak toko terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin, (2) pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin, dan (3) pengaruh kualitas makanan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin.

Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin yang sesuai dengan kriteria penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kriteria khusus (purposive sampling) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tata letak toko tidak mempengaruhi minat beli ulang konsumen secara signifikan. Sementara itu, harga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikansi thitung 0,004. Kualitas makanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Crystal Bakery Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikansi thitung 0,000.
