ABSTRAK

            Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pendapatan rumah tangga nelayan buruh jaring insang (gill net) dan menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan rumah tangga nelayan buruh jaring insang (gill net). Waktu penelitian 10 bulan yaitu dari bulan Maret sampai bulan Desember 2020 dan metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survey dengan jenis data primer dan sekunder, penentuan jumlah sampel dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata pendapatan nelayan buruh jaring insang (gill net) yaitu Rp 21.777.500/tahun yang terdiri dari kegiatan on fishing Rp. 20.775.000/tahun, off fishing Rp 653.333/tahun dan non fishing Rp 549.167/tahun. Tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan buruh jaring insang (gill net) memiliki nilai dibawah UMP Kalimantan Selatan, menurut kriteria Sajogyo (1997) termasuk dalam kriteria cukup sedangkan menurut Badan Pusat Statistik (2014) menunjukkan 35 keluarga belum sejahtera 58,33% sedangkan 25 keluarga sejahtera 41,67%.

ABSTRAK

 The purpose of this study is to analyze the household income of gillnet labor fishermen and to analyze the level of household welfare of gillnet labor fishermen. The research period was 10 months, from March to December 2020 and the method used was the survey method with primary and secondary data types, the determination of the number of samples was calculated using the Slovin formula. The results showed that the average income of gillnet labor fishermen’s was IDR 21,777,500 / year, consisting of on fishing activities of IDR 20,775,000 / year, off fishing IDR 653,333 / year, and non-fishing IDR 549,167 / year. The welfare level of gillnet labor fishermen has a value below the minimum wage set by the government of South Kalimantan, according to the criteria of Sajogyo (1997), it is considered sufficient. Meanwhile, according to the data from Bureau of Statistics (2014) it shows that 35 families are not prosperous 58,33% while 25 families are prosperous 41,67%.
