Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian kelompok usaha bersama (KUB) perikanan tangkap dan anggota kelompok di Kecamatan Danau Panggang, Babirik, dan Amuntai Tengah. Mengukur tingkat efektivitas KUB perikanan tangkap di Kecamatan Danau Panggang, Babirik, dan Amuntai Tengah. Menganalisis peran KUB perikanan tangkap terhadap anggotanya di Kecamatan Danau Panggang, Babirik, dan Amuntai Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei menggunakan alat analisis berupa kuesioner tertutup. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang di kuantitatifkan, penentuan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik slovin sebanyak 9 sampel atau 54 responden. Penilaian atau penentuan skor terhadap jawaban dari pernyataan variabel atau indikator yang telah disusun menggunakan Skala Likert. Untuk mengukur tingkat kemandirian kelompok diukur dengan mengacu kepada pedoman penyuluh. Tingkat efektivitas kelompok dilihat dari produktivitas kelompok dan kepuasan anggota. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui peran kelompok menggunakan uji korelasi rank spearman (rs) dan menggunkan uji t, dengan program SPSS 26 for windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kemandirian dari sembilan kelompok usaha bersama di Kecamatan Babirik, Amuntai tengah, dan Danau Panggang masih dalam kategori cukup mandiri. Efektivitas kelompok usaha bersama di Kecamatan Babirik, Amuntai tengah, dan Danau Panggang menunjukkan bahwa faktor produktivitas kelompok tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kelompok. Peran kleompok diukur dengan 4 variabel  yaitu jumlah kepemilikan alat tangkap (Y₁), produksi tangkap (Y₂), harga jenis alat tangkap (Y₃), dan harga jenis ikan (Y₄). Haisl analisis peran kelompok usaha bersama di Kecamatan Babirik, Amuntai tengah, dan Danau Panggang terhadap anggotanya tidak memiliki hubungan yang nyata.

This study aims to determine the level of independence of the capture fisheries collective business group (KUB) and group members in the Kecamatan Danau Panggang, Babirik, and Amuntai Tengah. Measuring the level of effectiveness of capture fisheries KUB in Danau Panggang, Babirik, and Amuntai Tengah Districts. Analyze the role of capture fisheries KUB towards its members in Danau Panggang, Babirik, and Amuntai Tengah Districts. The research was conducted with a survey method using an analytical tool in the form of a closed questionnaire. The analysis used in this study is quantitative descriptive qualitative analysis, the determination of the sample using the Slovin technique as many as 9 samples or 54 respondents. Assessment or scoring of answers to variable or indicator statements that have been compiled using a Likert Scale. To measure the level of group independence, it is measured by referring to the extension agent guidelines. The level of group effectiveness is seen from group productivity and member satisfaction. Meanwhile, to determine the role of the group using the Spearman rank correlation test (rs) and using the t test, with the SPSS 26 program for windows. The results of this study indicate that the level of independence of the nine joint business groups in Babirik, Amuntai Tengah, and Danau Panggang Districts is still in the quite independent category. The effectiveness of joint venture groups in Babirik, Amuntai Tengah, and Danau Panggang subdistricts shows that the group productivity factor does not really have an effect on group effectiveness. The role of the group is measured by 4 variables, namely the number of fishing gear ownership (Y1), fishing production (Y2), the fishing gear price (Y3), and the fish price (Y4). Haisl analyzes the role of joint venture groups in Babirik, Amuntai Tengah, and Danau Panggang sub-districts towards their members, which has no real relationship.
