Miftah Zainah. 1610715220009. Efektivitas Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (Pokdakan) Terhadap Produktivitas Anggota Kelompok Di Kecamatan Haur Gading Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian kelompok, tingkat efektivitas kelompok dan peran kelompok terhadap produktivitas anggotanya pada Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan (POKDAKAN) Kecamatan Haur Gading. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Jumlah Sampel 8 kelompok (madya dan pemula) atau sejumlah 48 orang. Analisis data menggunakan Skala Likert, Rank Spearman, uji-t, dan analisis desriptif pendekatan kuantitatif.  Hasil analisis kemandirian kelompok pemula 38.5% kurang mandiri, kelompok madya 56.0% cukup mandiri. Produktivitas kelompok pemula sejumlah 63.33% dan pada kelas madya sejumlah 44.44% responden menyatakan tinggi. Variabel kepuasan anggota pada kelas pemula 93.33% dan pada kelas madya 55.6% responden menyatakan tinggi. Pada variabel kepuasan anggota terhadap keberhasilan kebebasan berpartisipasi juga termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.  Hasil analisis Peran kelompok diukur dengan 6 variabel (Y) Luas lahan (Y₁) berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kelompok, Produksi (Y₂) tidak berpengaruh, Harga (Y₃) berpengaruh terhadap faktor ciri kelompok, faktor luar kelompok, efektivitas kelompok, Penerimaan (Y₄), Biaya produksi (Y₅) berpengaruh pada faktor luar kelompok, dan Keuntungan  (Y₆) berpengaruh pada faktor kerja.

This study aims to determine the level of group independence, the level of group effectiveness, and the role of the group on the productivity of its members in the Fish Cultivator Group (POKDAKAN) Haur Gading SUB-District. The sampling technique used the stratified random sampling method. The number of samples is 8 groups (intermediate and beginners) or a total of 48 people. Data analysis used a Likert scale, Rank Spearman, t-test, and descriptive analysis of quantitative approaches. The results of the independent analysis of the beginner group were 38.5% less independent, the middle group 56.0% were quite independent. The productivity of the beginner group was 63.33% and in the middle group 44.44% of respondents said it was high. The variable of member satisfaction in the beginner group was 93.33% and in the middle group, 55.6% of respondents said it was high. In the variable member satisfaction with supervision, participation is included in the high category. The results of the analysis The role of the group is measured by 6 variables (Y) Large area (Y1) affects the effectiveness of the group, Production (Y2) does not affect, Price (Y3) affects the group characteristic factors, factors outside the group, group effectiveness, acceptance (Y4), Production costs (Y5) affect factors outside the group, and Profits (Y6) affect work factors.
