POTENTIAL DRUG INTERACTIONS ON PRESCRIPTION AT APOTEK X BANJARBARU SOUTH KALIMANTAN PERIOD JANUARY-DECEMBER 2019 (By: Ika Nurima Septiana Sari, Advisors: Khoerul Anwar & Nurlely: 2020; 32 pages) Drug interactions are one of the factors that can change the response to a drug. Drug interactions occur as a result of using two or more drugs at the same time or at the same time. Drug interactions can result in increased or decreased drug effectiveness and toxicity. This research aims to determine the number of potential drug interactions that occur. The study was quantitatively descriptive with retrospective data retrieval using 426 patient prescribing data. The results of this study showed that prescriptions of a pharmacy x Banjarbaru South Kalimantan in the period of January-December 2019 who have the potential for drug interactions were 84 prescriptions (19,71%) and those who doesn’t have were 342 prescriptions (80,29%), the number of potential drug interactions in pharmacokinetic mechanisms was 12 (36,37%) and unknown 1 (0%). Potential drug interaction in the pharmacodynamic phase was 21 (63,63%). The number of potential drug interaction based on severity as many as 33 with the following details major severity : 3 cases (9,09%), moderate : 27 (81,82%) and : 3 minor (9,09%). This study can be concluded that the most potential of drug interaction occur in the pharmacodinamic phase and moderate severity. Keywords : Prescription, Pharmacy, Drug Interaction.

POTENSI INTERAKSI OBAT PADA RESEP DI APOTEK X BANJARBARU KALIMANTAN SELATAN PERIODE JANUARI-DESEMBER 2019 (Oleh Ika Nurima Septiana Sari, Pembimbing Khoerul Anwar & Nurlely: 2020; 32 halaman) Interaksi obat adalah salah faktor yang dapat merubah respons terhadap suatu obat. Interaksi obat terjadi akibat penggunaan 2 obat atau lebih secara bersamaan atau pada waktu yang berdekatan. Interaksi obat dapat berakibat meningkatkan atau menurunkan efektifitas obat dan toksisitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan jumlah potensi interaksi obat yang terjadi. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif menggunakan 426 data resep pasien. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa resep di apotek x Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan periode Januari-Desember 2019 yang mengalami potensi interaksi obat sebanyak 84 resep (19,71%) dan yang tidak mengalami 342 resep (80,29%), jumlah potensi interaksi obat pada mekanisme farmakokinetika sebanyak 12 (36,37%) dan tidak diketahui 0 (0%). Potensi interaksi obat pada fase farmakodinamika 21 (63,63%). Jumlah potensi interaksi obat berdasarkan tingkat keparahan sebanyak 33 resep dengan rincian sebagai berikut : tingkat keparahan major 3 (9,09%), moderate 27 (81,82%) dan minor 3 (9,09%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kasus potensi interaksi obat paling banyak terjadi pada fase farmakodinamik dan tingkat keparahan moderat. Kata Kunci : Resep, Apotek, Interaksi Obat.
