Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh fermentasi daun sente (Alocasia macrorrizha) dengan dosis probiotik yang berbeda sebagai pakan tambahan terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan  hidup ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy). Penelitian dilaksanakan dari Juni-September 2020, bertempat di Laboratorium Basah Program Studi Akuakultur Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan ULM Banjarbaru, Kalimantan Selatan.Penelitian menggunakan Racangan Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan  dan 3 ulangan, perlakuan A  fermentasi daun sente tanpa probiotik, perlakuan B fermentasi daun sente  probiotik dosis 5 mL/Kg daun sente, perlakuan C fermentasi daun sente probiotik dosis 10 mL/Kg daun sente dan perlakuan D fermentasi daun sente dosis probiotik 15 mL/Kg daun sente. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi daun sente dengan dosis probiotik yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan bobot relatif (1,98-3,36 g) pertumbuhan panjang relatif (0,35-0,51 cm), kelangsungan hidup (58,78-78,89%), rasio konversi  pakan (1,77-2,33) dan efesiensi pakan (46-65%) serta retensi protein ikan gurami (14-22%). Suhu pada penelitian ini berkisar antara 29-30,8 ^oC, pH berkisar antara 6,6-7,88, oksigenterlarut berkisar antara 2,22-3,12 mg/L, serta Amoniak berkisar antara <0,01-0,09 mg/L.

Abstrac

The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of fermentation of sente (Alocasia macrorrizha) with different doses of probiotics as additional feed on growth and survival of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy).This research was conducted on June to September 2020, at Laboratorium Basah, Aquaculture Department, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine, ULM Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. The study used a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications, treatment A was  fermented sente without probiotics, treatment B was  fermented sente  with  a probiotic dose of 5 mL/Kg sente, treatment C was fermented sente with a  probiotic dose of 10 mL/Kg sente and treatment D was  fermented sente with a probiotic dose of 15 mL/ Kg sente. The results showed that fermented sente with different probiotic doses had no significant effect on relative weight growth (1.98-3.36 g) relative length growth (0.35-0.51 cm), survival (58.78-78,89%), feed conversion ratio (1.77-2.33), feed efficiency (46-65%) and gouramy protein retention (14-22%) .The results of water quality in this study is tempetature ranged from 29- 30 ^oC, pH ranged from 6.6-7.88, DO ranged from 2.22-3.12 mg/L, and the results of ammonia ranged from <0.01-0.09 mg/L.
