Abstrak

Ikan..gabus..haruan (Channa.striata Blkr) merupakan.jenis.ikan predator yang..hidup..di..air..tawar dan.salah.satu.komoditas.yang mempunyai nilai..ekonomis..tinggi. Terkendalanya budidaya ikan gabus haruan dalam proses produksi disebabkan oleh fase larva karena tingkat mortalitas sangat tinggi. Penelitian bertujuan..untuk..mengetahui dan menganalisis padattebaryangoptimaluntuk..kelangsungan..hidup..dan..pertumbuhan..larva..ikan gabus haruan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Samhurang. Penelitian dilakukan selama ±4 bulan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 3 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan terdiri dari A = padat..tebar..larva Ikan gabus haruan 50 ekor/m2,  B = padat.tebar.larva.Ikan.gabus.haruan 75 ekor/m2, dan C = padat tebar.larva Ikan.gabus haruan 100 ekor/m2. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup pada penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa padat tebar yang berbeda tidak berpengaruh nyata sedangkan pertumbuhan panjang relatif berpengaruh nyata dan pertumbuhan bobot relatif sangat berpengaruh nyata. Perlakuan tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan Cdengan padat tebar larva ikan gabus haruan 100 ekor/m2 yang menghasilkan kelangsungan hidup (96,63%), pertumbuhan panjang relatif (120,5%), dan pertumbuhan bobot relatif (1297,05%). Parameter kualitas air masih dalam kisaran optimal suhu antara 25,9-26,5 oC, derajat keasaman (pH) sebesar 5,52-6,16 oksigen terlarut (DO) sebesar 4,1-6,1 mg/L, dan amoniak sebesar 0,13-0,47 mg/L.

Abstract

Snakehead fish (Channa striata Blkr) is a type of predatory fish that lives in fresh water and is a commodity that has high economic value. The obstacles in the cultivation of haruan snakehead fish in the production process are caused by the larval phase because the mortality rate is very high.This study aims to determine and analyze the optimal stocking density for the survival and growth of snakehead fish larvae.The research was conducted in Samhurang Village. This research was conducted for 4 months using a completely randomized design with 3 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments consisted of A = stocking density of haruan snakehead fish larvae 50 fish/m2, B = stocking density of haruan snakehead fish larvae 75 fish/m2, and C = stocking density snakehead fish larvae 100 fish / m2. The survival rate in this study states that the different stocking densities have no significant effect, while the relative length growth has a significant effect and the relative weight growth has a very significant effect. The highest treatment was in treatment C with stocking density of fresh snakehead fish larvae of 100 fish / m2 which resulted in survival (96.63%), relative length growth (120.5%), and relative weight growth (1297.05%). Water quality parameters are still in the optimal temperature range between 25.9-26.5 oC, the degree of acidity (pH) of 5.52-6.16 dissolved oxygen (DO) of 4.1-6.1 mg / L, and ammonia amounting to 0.13-0.47 mg / L.
