ABSTRACT

 

Della Devi Dwina (2020). The Effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment On Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Model Banjarmasin. Advisor : Maya Sari Dewi.

This research aims to determine and analyze (1)  the simultaneous effect of job satisfaction and organzational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, (2) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, and (3) the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of teachers at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin.

This research is a quantitative research. The population of this research were all teachers with civil servant status at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin. Samples were taken using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique. Data was analyzed by multiple linear regression, F test, and t test.

This research concludes that (1) job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on teachers OCB at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, (2) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on teachers OCB at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, and (3) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on teachers OCB at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin. This suggests that high job satisfaction and high organizational commitment will highly increase teachers OCB at MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin.

Della Devi Dwina (2020). Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Pada Guru Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Model Banjarmasin. Pembimbing : Maya Sari Dewi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, (2) pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, dan (3) pengaruh positif dan signifikan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada guru MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) di MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin yang berjumlah 46 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan penarikan sampling jenuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t.

Hasil penelitian ini mengesimpulkan bahwa (1) kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap OCB guru MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, dan (3) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja dan semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi, maka semakin tinggi pula OCB guru MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin.
