ABSTRAK

 

Irvina Ayu Saputri, 1610413620012, 2021. “Kualitas Pelayanan Administasi Pemerintah Desa di  Desa Indrasari Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar”. Dibawah bimbingan Gazali Rahman,S. Sos., M. Si.

 

Penelitian ini berguna untuk tahu kualitas pelayanan administrasi Pemerintahan Desa dan faktor pengahambat dalam proses pelayanan administrasi Pemeritahan Desa di Desa Indasari Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar. Metode Penelitian ini ialah menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif Deskriptif dan menggunakan dua teknik pengumpulan data yaitu interview dan documentation. Focus pada penelitian ini ialah mengetahui kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Aparatur Desa kepada masyarakat Desa Indrasari.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bagaimana aparatur desa dalam memberikan pelayanan di Desa Indrasari Kecamatan Martapura Kabupaten Banjar, adapun hasilnya penelitian peneliti telah mendata bahwa kurang sumber daya manusia dan masih kurang fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Sedangkan faktor pendukung ialah motivasi yang diberikan antar pegawai, adanya rapat koordinasi atau evaluasi per tiga bulan serta memberi kesadaran melayani terhadap masyarakat dengan sebaik mungkin.

Saran penelitian kepada kantor Desa Indrasari yaitu dengan memperbaiki dan memperbaharui fasilitas-fasilitas yang ada di kantor desa agar ruang pelayanan terasa nyaman seperti penambahan AC, filing cabinet dan sebagainya. Selain itu juga mengingatkan kepada pegawai agar ramah dalam melayani masyarakat.

ABSTRACT

 

Irvina Ayu Saputri, 1610413620012 “The Quality of Administrative Services of the Indrasari Village Government, Martapura District, Banjar Regency” under the guidance of Gazali Rahman, S.Sos, M.Si.

 

This study aims to determine the quality of village government administration services and inhibiting factors in the process of village government administration services in Indrasari Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency.The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative research and uses two techniques, interview data and documentation. The focus of this research is to look at the quality of services provided by the Village Apparatus to the Indrasari Village community.

Based on the research showing how village officials provide services in Indrasari Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency, the results of the research researchers have recorded that there are insufficient employee resources and still lack of infrastructure. While the supporting factors are the enthusiasm given by employees to one another, coordinating or some kind of evaluation every three months then giving the planting of public awareness sincerely and in accordance with conscience.

Research suggestions for the Indrasari Village office are to repair and renew existing facilities at the village office so that the service room feels comfortable, such as adding air conditioning, filing cabinets and so on. In addition, it also reminds employees to be friendly in serving the community.
