ABSTRACT.The purposein thisresearchto analyze thedominanceandminimumlivelihood values of the vegetation types that make up the mangrove forest ecosystem.The vegetation data were collected using the grid line method to record all growth rates.VegetationdatafromobservationsandmeasurementswereanalyzedusingtheImportance Value Index (INP) formula approach and the Minimum Life Value (NKM) foreachtypeofvegetationanalyzedusingtheFrangklinformula.Theresultsofthevegetation analysis used the Importance Value Index (IVI), the order of the top vegetationdominanceattheseedling,sapling,poleandtreelevelsfortheMaleMangrove(Rhizophora mucronata Lamk). The Minimum LivelihoodValue (NKM)ofall speciesfound in the study exceeded 0.1. NKM shows that the condition of the plants in theresearch location is still preserved. The mangrove forest in the research location needsserious attention from the government (central and regional), especially to develop thedominant species, namely male mangroves (Rhizophora mucronata Lamk), as well as toimplementintegratedecosystemconservationmanagementeffortsandprovidecounselingaboutthe importanceofmangroveconservationaround thecoastbeach
