ICU patients have critical conditions that require spiritual support, families cannot provide spiritual support because they have little time to be near patients. Spiritual support for ICU patients is important in making the patient's death peaceful, influencing healing and accelerating the recovery of critical patient conditions. Want to know the actions taken by nurses to fulfill the spiritual support of patients in the ICU. Study with literature review with cohort design. Obtained from the database: Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest and Science Direct with a time span from 2000-2020. Articles were analyzed using the JBI Critical Appraisal Tools-Checklist for Analytical Cohort Studies instrument. Among the 4 selected articles, the spiritual support of ICU nurses given to patients is praying, providing time for patients, collaborating and EOL care for patients. There are several actions taken by ICU nurses to support patients' spirituality, such as praying for patients, providing time for patients by being beside patients, collaborating nurses and all decisions as EOL care for patients.
