Mengetahui hubunganlmotivasiiibuldenganlstatuslkelengkapanlimunisasiidasarlpadalbayiidiiWilayahlKerjalPuskesmaslGuntunglManggis.Penelitianlini menggunakanldesainlpenelitianlobservasional analitikldenganlpendekatanlretrospektifl(case control study). Respondenlpenelitianlberjumlahl90 respondenlmenggunakanlsimple random sampling dibagi menjadi dualkelompoklyaitulkelompoklkasusldanlkelompoklkontrol.Instrumenberupakuesionermotivasiibu,lembarwawancaraldan lembarlobservasi statuslkelengkapanlimunisasi dasar. Analisisldata menggunakanluji chi square test.Terdapathubunganmotivasiibudenganstatuskelengkapanimunisasidasarpadabayi(p=0,000).Persentaselmotivasilibukuatdenganstatuskelengkapanimunsasidasarlengkap35,5%ldanmotivasiibulemahdenganlstatuslkelengkapanimunisasi tidaklengkapyaitu32,2%. Nilai Odds Ratio sebesar3,593 yangartinyatingkatkekuatanmotivasi memengaruhi3,593lebihbesarterhadapstatuskelengkapanimunisasidasarpadalbayi.lSemakinlkuatlmotivasilibulmakalstatuslkelengkapanlimunisasi dasarlpadalbayi menjadi semakinllengkap.

ABSTRACTl

Basic immunization is the initial immunization to achieve immune levels above the protective threshold. One of the factors that influence the completeness status of basic immunization in infants is mother's motivation. To determine the relationship between mother's motivation and completeness status of basic immunization for infants in the Guntung Manggis. This study used an analytic observational study design with a retrospective approach (case control study). Respondents of the study were 90 respondents using simple random sampling divided into two groups, namely the case group and the control group. Instruments in the form of a mother's motivation questionnaire, interview sheets and observation sheets of basic immunization completeness status. Data analysis used chi square test. There was a relationship between mother’s motivation and completeness status of basic immunization in infants (p = 0.000). The percentage of strong mother’s motivation with complete basic immunization completeness status was 35,5% and weak mother motivation with incomplete immunization completeness status was 32,2%. The Odds Ratio value was 3.593, which meansthat the level of motivational power has a greater influence on the status of completeness of basic immunization in infants . The stronger the mother's motivation, the more complete the status of basic immunization for the infant.
