ANALISIS KEPATUHAN PENGAMBILAN OBAT PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI PROGRAM RUJUK BALIK DI APOTEK APPO FARMA BANJARBARU PERIODE SEPTEMBER-DESEMBER 2019(Oleh: Syifa Nasa El-Fanny; Pembimbing: Difa Intannia, Nurlely; 2021; 38 Halaman)

Hipertensi adalah penyakit kronis dengan tekanan darah yaitu tekanan sistolik darah >140 mmHg dan diastolik >90 mmHg. Kepatuhan Pasien dalam pengambilan obat menentukan keberhasilan suatu terapi. Program Rujuk Balik (PRB) merupakan programuntuk pasien dengan penyakit kronis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi karakteristik pasien dan menganalisis hubungan antara kepatuhan pengambilan obat dengan karakteristik pasien hipertensi program rujuk balik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Non-Eskperimental analitik dengan pengambilan data secara cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien PRB hipertensi pada periode September-Desember 2019. Adapun kriteria inklusi : pasien melakukan pengambilan obat antihipertensi, pasien dengan diagnosa hipertensi primer & sekunder, mempunyai data rekam medik dan kriteria eksklusi penelitian : pengambilan resep tidak lengkap dan rekam medik hilang selama periode penelitian. Data penelitian adalah data rekam medik dan rekap klaim resep, sampel 106 orang. Hasil deskripsi karakteristik pasien berdasarkan jenis kelamin, perempuan 62,26 % dan laki-laki 37,74 %. Hasil kategori usia < 60 tahun 48,12 % dan usia 20-60 tahun 51,88% . Kategori bekerja 64,16 % dan tidak bekerja 35,83%. Hasil nilai kepatuhan pasien patuh berdasarkan nilai MPR (Medication Possession Ratio) 89,62 % dan pasien tidak patuh 10,38 %. Hasil analisis karakteristik usia nilai p-value (0,321) terdapat hubungan, dan karakteristik jenis kelamin nilai p-value (0,201) dengan pekerjaan nilai p-value (0,036) tidak terdapat hubungan.

COMPLIANCE ANALYSIS OF DRUG TAKING ON HYPERTENSION PATIENTS WITH THE REFERRAL PROGRAM IN THE APPO FARMA BANJARBARU PHARMACY FOR SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER 2019 PERIOD (By: Syifa Nasa El-Fanny; Advisors: Difa Intannia, Nurlely; 2021; 38 Pages)

Hypertension is a chronic disease with systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg. Patient compliance in taking medication determined the success of a therapy. The Referral Program (RP) is a program for patients with chronic diseases. This study aims to identify patient characteristics ; and analyze the relationship between medication compliance and the characteristics of the hypertension patients in the referral program. This type of research is non-experimental analytic with cross-sectional data collection. The population of this study were all RP patients of hypertension in the period September-December 2019. The inclusion criteria in this research were patients taking antihypertensive drugs, patients with a diagnosis of primary & secondary hypertension, having medical record data. While study exclusion criteria were incomplete prescription redemption and medical records were lost during the study period. The research data were patient medical records and prescription claims recap, with a sample of 106 people. The results of the patient characteristics by gender were 62.26% female and 37.74% male. The results for the category of age < 60 years were 48.12% and age > 60 were 51.88%. For working catergory, 64.16% were working and 35.83% were not working. The compliance based on the MPR (Medication Possession Ratio) value results in 89.62% were adherent patient and 10.38% were non-adherent patients. The results of the analysis for the age characteristics with the p-value (0.321) so there is a relationship, and for the gender characteristics with p-value (0.201) and for the the work characteristic with p-value (0.036) so there are no relationship.
