ABSTRAK

Tujuan dari penelitian skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui serta memahami bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan fisik di Kota Banjarmasin dan juga untuk mengetahui serta memahami kendala dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan fisik di Kota Banjarmasin.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris dengan menitikberatkan kepada wawancara secara langsung dari sumber di lapangan untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan hak-hak anak korban kekerasan fisik di Kota Banjarmasin.

Menurut hasil dari penelitian skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa: Pertama, mengenai pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan fisik di Kota Banjarmasin sudah terlaksana dengan cukup baik meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Namun kekurangan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan kerjasama yang optimal dari ketiga belah pihak. Kedua, adanya beberapa hambatan dalam pelaksanaan perlindungan hukum terhadap anak korban kekerasan fisik di Kota Banjarmasin dan upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut.

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to find out and understand the forms of legal protection for children who are victims of physical violence in Banjarmasin and to knowing and understanding the obstacles in implementing legal protection for children who are victims of physical violence in Banjarmasin.

This study is an empirical studies with an emphasis on direct interviews from sources in the field to see how the rights of children victims of physical violence are implemented in Banjaarmasin City.

As stated by this research, it shows: First, related with the iimplementation of legaal protectionn for child victimss of physical violence in Banjarmasin, it has been implemented quite well although there are still some shortcomings. However, these shortcomings can be overcome with optimal cooperation from the three parties, namely from the Police, the Public Service, and the Legal Aid Institute. Second, several obstacles in the implementation of this legal protection in this city. Includes inadequate facilities and infrastructure in handling cases of child physical violence in Banjarmasin City, limited funds, and negative stigma faced by child victims. Obstacles can be overcome by various efforts that have been made by the three parties concerned for the sustainability of legal protection for children victims of physical violence in Banjarmasin City.
