Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan pendidikan dan 

pelatihan guru, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SDN se-

Kecamatan Bataguh Kabupaten Kapuas. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah 

kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini dari seluruh guru SDN se-Kecamatan Bataguh 

Kabupaten Kapuas dengan jumlah guru yang berstatus PNS sebanyak 305 orang, 

dan ukuran sampel ditentukan dengan tabel Krejcie & Morgan sebanyak 173

orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket yang 

disebarluaskan secara online kepada sampel melalui sebuah link googleform. 

Analisis hasil penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi sederhana, dan 

regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS Window Version 16. Hasil penelitian 

menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara: (1) pendidikan dan pelatihan guru 

terhadap motivasi kerja, (2) pendidikan dan pelatihan guru terhadap disiplin kerja, 

(3) pendidikan dan pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru, (4) motivasi kerja 

terhadap kinerja guru, (5) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (6) pendidikan dan 

pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui motivasi kerja, (7) pendidikan dan 

pelatihan guru terhadap kinerja guru melalui disiplin kerja. Berdasarkan hasil 

temuan dari penelitian ini dapat disarankan beberapa hal untuk dipelihara dan 

ditingkatkan yaitu pendidikan dan pelatihan guru, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja 

dan kinerja guru. Peneliti lain disarankan untuk meneliti lebih jauh dalam 

mengembangkan independen variabel untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between teacher 

education and training, work motivation and work discipline on teacher 

performance at SDN in Bataguh District, Kapuas Regency. This research 

approach is quantitative. The population of this study was from all SDN teachers 

in Bataguh District, Kapuas Regency with the number of teachers with civil 

servant status as many as 305 people, and the sample size determined by the 

Krejcie & Morgan table as many as 173 people. The data collection technique 

uses a questionnaire that is distributed online to the sample via a google form link. 

The analysis of the research results used descriptive statistics, simple regression, 

and multiple regression using SPSS Window Version 16. The results showed that 

there was a relationship between: (1) teacher education and training on work 

motivation, (2) teacher education and training on work discipline, (3) teacher 

education and training on teacher performance, (4) work motivation on teacher 

performance, (5) work discipline on teacher performance, (6) teacher education 

and training on teacher performance through work motivation, (7) teacher 

education and training on teacher performance through work discipline. Based on 

the findings of this study, it can be suggested several things to be maintained and 

improved, namely teacher education and training, work motivation, work 

discipline and teacher performance. Other researchers are advised to research 

further in developing independent variables to improve teacher performance.
