ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze how the state of the company's value in state-owned companies that have go-public is good or has decreased by using the method of calculating the company value of PBV, PER, Tobin's Q. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study is a publicly listed State-Owned Enterprise on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 in 14 companies by using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this study conclude that there are many companies whose company value is above the value of 1, which means that there are still many companies that fall into the category of companies that are overvalued.

ABSTRAKSI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimanakah keadaan nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan BUMN yang telah go public apakah sudah baik atau mengalami penurunan dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan nilai perusahaan PBV, PER, Tobin’s Q. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) go public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2017-2019 sebanyak 14 perusahaan dengan metode non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat banyak perusahaan yang nilai perusahaanya di atas nilai 1 yang berarti masih banyak perusahaan yang masuk dalam kategori perusahaan yang dihargai mahal (Overvalued).
