The problem of this research is the low student learning outcomes in the last 3 years where >50% of students get a value of <65 (KKM) caused by learning not digging in students' daily lives, students are unable to think logically and critically, reflective inquiry, and students do not have the ability to communicate, work together and compete in class. If left unchecked, the resulting process and results of social studies learning in elementary schools will not increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of teachers, student activities, and improvement of student learning outcomes in the material of Types and Distribution of Natural ResourcesUsing the Combination Inquiry Model and Make a Match.

Research methodology using classroom action research (CAR). The research setting was IV grade students in the 2020/2021 school year at SDN Wawaran HSS District with 15 students consisting of 5 boys and 10 girls. The data instrument used was in the form of observation of teacher and student activities and items for evaluation of student learning outcomes. How to collect data through observation during the learning process and data analysis techniques in the form of distribution, frequency, percentage and description.

The results showed that the activities of teachers in implementing learning successfully carried out with very good criteria. Classically student activities in following learning successfully achieve the criteria of all students being very active. Whereas student learning outcomes classically succeeded in achieving the specified indicators of success ie ≥82% of students got a score of 100.

The results of the study concluded that the use of combinationInquiry model and Make a Match could improve student learning outcomes and accepted hypotheses. It is recommended to teachers to make the results of research as an alternative in improving student learning outcomes in the material on the Material of Types and Distribution of Natural Resources Using the combination Inquiry model and Make a Match.
