Children's language skills are very important, one of which is the ability to recall known words. This ability helps children to interact and adapt to their environment. Furthermore, it is also an important part of the foundation of school readiness. The problem in this study is the low ability of children to recall known words. One of the efforts is through the use of various methods of storytelling, question and answer and the talking stick model. The purpose of the study is to determine the increase in teacher activities, children's activities and learning outcomes.

The method used is qualitative with the type of Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of three meetings. The research subjects were group A of Kindergarten  Trisula III Perwari, Telawang Village, which consisted of 25 children. The instrument used is an observation sheet related to teacher activities, children's activities and learning outcomes. The data analysis used is qualitative where the data obtained during observation is described in the form of words.

The results showed that the teacher's activity had increased to reach the "very good" category. Children's activities classically reach a percentage of 100% with the "very active" category. And children's learning outcomes classically increased from 22% at the first meeting to 83% of children getting the category of Developing According to Expectations (BSH) and Very Good Developing (BSB) at the third meeting.

It was concluded that variations of the method of storytelling, question and answer and the talking stick model succeeded in improving the quality of teachers, increasing children's activities and improving learning outcomes. It is recommended to use this model as a reference for effective learning in order to realize more optimal children's language skills.
