ABSTRAK

 

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis hasil formulasi pakan ditambah tepung hydrilla fermentasi terhadap pertumbuhan, kelangsungan hidup dan komposisi nilai proksimat pakan dengan komposisi tepung hydrilla fermentasi terhadap ikan papuyu. Penelitian dilaksakan di Desa Sungai Sipai, Kecamatan Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Rancangan yang digunakan penelitian yaitu RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan 4 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan O(tanpa penambahan tepung hydrilla fermentasi), perlakuan A(penambahan tepung hydrilla fermentasi 5%), perlakuan B(penambahan tepung hydrilla fermentasi 10%) dan perlakuan C(penambahan tepung hydrilla fermentasi 15%). Penelitian ini menggunakan parameter pertumbuhan panjang relatif, berat relatif, kelangsungan hidup dan rasio konversi pakan. Data dianaisis menggunakan ANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan formulasi pakan terhadap pertumbuhan ikan papuyu terbaik adalah perlakuan O tanpa subtitusi dan penambahan tepung hydrilla fermentasi dapat digunakan sebanyak 5% pada formulasi pakan.

ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of the feed formulation plus fermented hydrilla flour on the growth, survival and composition of the proximate value of feed with the composition of fermented hydrilla flour on papuyu fish. The research was conducted in Sungai Sipai Village, Martapura District, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications. Treatment O (without the addition of fermented hydrilla flour), treatment A (addition of 5% fermented hydrilla flour), treatment B (addition of 10% fermented hydrilla flour) and treatment C (15% addition of fermented hydrilla flour). This study used the parameters of relative length growth, relative weight, survival and feed conversion ratio. Data were analyzed using ANOVA. The results of this study indicate that the best feed formulation on the growth of papuyu fish is O treatment without substitution and the addition of fermented hydrilla flour can be used as much as 5% in the feed formulation.
