ABSTRACT

 

Rizky Rusydiyanor, 1610412310035, 2021. The influence of motivation and work experiences of the performance of an employee ( study in an employee of PT.Pharos Indonesia the branch Banjarmasin). Under the guidance of Irwansyah and M. Hasanur Arifin.

 

This study aims to to test influence of motivation and work experiences of the performance of an employee ( study in an employee of PT. Pharos Indonesia the branch Banjarmasin).

 

The study used is a quantitative approach. Respondents sample taken as many as 22. Data collection using a questionnaire, while data using multiple linear regression analysis.

 

The results of research suggests motivation do not affect significant partial of the performance of employees, With a value of t count < t table is 0,359 < 2,093 With significance 0,724 > 0,05. Work experiences significant in partial of the performance of employees, With a value of t count > t table is 3,153 > 2,093 With significance 0,005 < 0,05. Motivation and work experiences significant simultaneously of the performance of employees With a value of F count is 4,994 and F table is 3,52 With significance 0,018 < 0,05.
