2021 Determination of School Climate and Teacher Creativity in Managing Economic Learning on Student Achievement at SMA KORPRI Banjarmasin. Thesis, Economic Education Study Program, FKIP Lambung Mangkurat University Banjarmasin. (Under the guidance of Dr. Muhammad Rahmattullah M.Pd as supervisor I and Dr. Supriyanto, as supervisor II).

 

 

This study aims to see whether school climate and teacher creativity affect student learning outcomes, by knowing (1) the description of school climate, teacher creativity in managing learning and student learning outcomes in economic subjects at KORPRI Banjarmasin High School (2) the influence of school climate on student learning outcomes in economic subjects at KORPRI High School Banjarmasin (3) the influence of teacher creativity in managing learning on student learning outcomes in economic subjects at KORPRI Banjarmasin High School. The method used in this study is an associative descriptive method (correlation) using a quantitative approach. The results of the study were obtained by using SPSS software and then summarized in the form of a table presentation.

The results of the correlation test show that there is a relationship between school climate and learning achievement. Economics Subject Class XI IPS SMA Kopri Banjarmasin is 0.558 including in the medium category, meaning that school climate still has a relationship with learning achievement with p < 0.05, then Ho is rejected, meaning that that there is a significant relationship between school climate and learning achievement. Because the correlation coefficient is positive.

The results of the study show that from the level of school climate it affects learning achievement because with a good school climate it can support their learning achievement seen from the culture which is actually the most important so that they no longer have a lazy culture or lack of learning..
