This study aims to find empirical evidence to support the hypothesis that there is influence of administration of regional property, human resource competence, benefits of information technology on the local government financial report (case study at government of Gunung Mas regency). In this study, the samples taken were 81 people. Data collection was done through direct observation and survey obtained by way of distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis model with SPSS 21 software. This research proves that there is significant influence between the administration of local property human resource competence, benefits of information technology on the quality of local government financial statements.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari bukti empiris untuk mendukung hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh penatausahaan barang milik daerah, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah (studi kasus pada pemerintah Kabupaten Gunung Mas). Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil adalah 81 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung dan survei yang diperoleh dengan cara pembagian kuisioner kepada para responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan software SPSS 21. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara penatausahaan barang milik daerah, kompetensi sumber daya manusia, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah.
