ABSTRAK

Stres kerja merupakan kondisi internal yang terjadi ditandai dengan adanya gangguan emosional, gangguan fisik, lingkungan maupun situasi sosial yang sangat mengganggu pekerjaan. Data terbaru Labour Force Survey (LSC) yang dirilis Health Safety Executive (HSE) menunjukkan, jumlah total kasus stres, depresi atau kecemasan yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan pada 2019/2020 adalah 828.000 kasus dengan tingkat prevalensi 2.440 kasus per 100.000 pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menelaah dan menjelaskan korelasi pada artikel-artkel terkait hubungan antara masa kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan stres kerja pada guru pendidikan formal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah literature review dengan metode systematic literature review dengan menggunakan 8 kata kunci. Database yang digunakan dalam penelusuran literature review adalah Google Scholar, Portal Garuda, PubMed dan Science Direct. Terdapat 10 artikel penelitian yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban keja (100%) dan lingkungan kerja psikososial (66,67%) dominan berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru pendidikan formal. Adapun variabel masa kerja (66,67%) tidak berhubungan dengan stres kerja pada guru pendidikan formal, dimana hasil ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk dilakukannya penelitian selanjutnya mengenai hubungan lingkungan kerja psikososial dengan stres kerja pada guru pendidikan formal.

ABSTRACT

        Work stress is an internal condition that occurs characterized by emotional disorders, physical disorders, environment and social situations that greatly interfere with work. The latest Labour Force Survey (LSC) data released by the Health Safety Executive (HSE) shows that the total number of work-related cases of stress, depression or anxiety in 2019/2020 is 828,000 cases with a prevalence rate of 2,440 cases per 100,000 workers. The purpose of the study was to examine and explain the correlations in the article-artkel related to the relationship between working time, workload and psychosocial work environment with work stress in formal education teachers. This type of research is literature review with systematic literature review method using 8 keywords. The databases used in the literature review search are Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, PubMed and Science Direct. There are 10 research articles that fit the inclusion criteria. Results from this study showed that the variables of the distance load (100%) and psychosocial work environment (66.67%) were predominantly associated with work stress in formal education teachers. The working period variable (66.67%) is not related to work stress in formal education teachers, where these results can be used as a reference for further research on the relationship of psychosocial work environment with work stress in formal education teachers.
