AKSI KOLEKTIF DAMAI SAHKAN RANCANGAN UNDANG-UNDANG PENGHAPUSAN KEKERASAN SEKSUAL (RUU PKS): STUDI KORELASIONAL PERANAN PELEBURAN IDENTITAS DAN KEYAKINAN MORAL KELOMPOK

Aksi Sahkan RUU PKS merupakan perwujudan dari konsep aksi kolektif, Aksi kolektif diklasifikasikan menjadi dua, yakni aksi Normatif (damai) dan Non-normatif (kekerasan). Gerakan untuk mengesahkan RUU PKS masuk kedalam aksi kolektif damai. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peranan peleburan identitas dan keyakinan moral terhadap aksi kolektif damai sahkan RUU PKS. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian studi cross sectional yang dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan korelasional. Karakteristik subjek dalam penelitian ini adalahMahasiswaaktifberusia17tahun keatas, bersediamenjadisampelpenelitianataurespondendenganmengisi angket/kuesioner Survey Monkey, bersedia terlibat/mengikuti aksi kolektif Sahkan RUU PKS, WNI (Warga Negara Indonesia) yang bertempatdi seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Aksi Kolektif skala dikembangkan oleh Tausch dkk. (2011) dan diadaptasi dari Shadiqi dkk. (2018) di Indonesia, Peleburan identitas bergambar diadaptasi dari Swann dkk. (2009), dan skala peleburan identitas verbal diadaptasi dari Gómez dkk. (2011). Keyakinan Moral skala dikembangkan oleh van Zomeren dkk. (2011) dan diadaptasi dari Shadiqi dkk. (2018) kemudian di modifikasi oleh peneliti dari Wright dkk. (2008). Ujicoba alat ukur dilakukan untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas alat ukur penelitian ini. Seluruh partisipan saat melakukan uji coba sebanyak 168 partisipan dengan form Survey monkey dengan hasil validitas diatas 0,30 dan reliabilitas (αAK=0.947, αPI=0,946, αKY=0,967). Sampel pengambilan data peneltian ini berjumlah 252 berdasarkan jumlah minimum Gpower sebesar 223 partisipan melalui teknik purposive sampling (kriteria tertentu). Hasil uji penelitian ini menunjukkan peranan variabel peleburan identitas dan keyakinan moral sebesar 60,5%. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa variabel prediktor peleburan identitas dan keyakinan moral berperan terhadap variabel kriteria aksi kolektif. Hal tersebut menyatakan bahwa variabel prediktor peleburan identitas dan keyakinan moral memberikan peranan yang signifikan terhadap variabel kriteria aksi kolektif damai.

PEACEFUL COLLECTIVE ACTION RETIFYING DRAFT OF ELIMINATION OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE BILL (RUU PKS): A CORRELATIONAL STUDY OF ROLE OF IDENTITY FUSION AND GROUP MORAL BELIEF

The action to ratify RUU PKS (the Elimination of Sexual Violence Bill) is an embodiment of the concept of collective action. Collective action is classified into two, namely normative (peaceful) and non-normative (violent) actions. The movement to ratify RUU PKS is part of a peaceful collective action. This study aims at investigating the role of identity fusion and moral belief in peaceful collective action to ratify RUU PKS. Quantitative research methods were used in the study with a cross sectional study design and a correlational approach. The characteristics of the subjects in this study included active students aged 17 years and over, willing to become research samples or respondents by filling out a Survey Monkey questionnaire/questionnaire, willing to be involved/participated in collective action Legalizing RUU PKS, and Indonesian Citizenslocated throughout Indonesia. The measurement instruments consisted of the Collective Action scale developed by Tausch et al. (2011) and adapted from Shadiqi et al. (2018) into Indonesian, the pictorial identity fusion scale adapted from Swann et al. (2009), and the verbal identity fusion scale adapted from Gómez et al. (2011). The Moral Beliefs scale was developed by van Zomeren et al. (2011) and adapted from Shadiqi et al. (2018) then modified by researchers from Wright et al. (2008). The testing of measurement instruments was conducted to determine the validity and reliability of the instruments. All participants during the trial were 168 participants with the Survey monkey form with validity results above 0.30 and reliability of (αAK=0.947, PI=0.946, KY=0.967). The sample for the data collection was 252 based on the minimum number of Gpower of 223 participants, which were selected through the purposive sampling technique (certain criteria). The results indicatedthat the role of the variable of identity fusion and moral belief was 60.5%. It can be concluded that the predictor variables of identity fusion and moral belief play a role in the collective action criteria variable. It reveals that the predictor variables of identity fusion and moral belief give a significant role towards the peaceful collective actionvariable.
