LITERATURE REVIEW: UBUNGAN FAKTOR HOST DENGAN KEJADIAN ISPA PADA BALITA

ISPA merupakan penyakit infeksi akut yang menyerang  satu  atau lebih bagian saluran pernafasan dan ISPA yang juga ditemukan hampir di seluruh dunia  dapat meningkatkan morbiditas dan mortalitas pada  anak di bawah usia 5 tahun. Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), pada tahun 2017, proporsi anak di bawah usia 5 tahun yang meninggal yang menyebabkan kematian diperkirakan 5 juta dan pada tahun 2018, 60 juta orang di seluruh dunia terkena HIV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor host-related dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita. Metode  penelitian ini menggunakan tinjauan pustaka sistematis terhadap 16 artikel penelitian terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proporsi literatur sesuai dengan status gizi 70%, riwayat BBLR 100%, status imunisasi 100%,  ASI eksklusif 100% untuk vitamin A oral 100%. Berdasarkan hasil sintesis dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara status gizi, status imunisasi, riwayat BBLR, ASI eksklusif dengan vitamin A.

LITERATURE REVIEW: THE RELATIONSHIP OF HOST FACTORS WITH THE EVENT OF ARI IN TODDLERS

ARI is an acute infectious disease that attacks one or more parts of the respiratory tract and ARI which is also found almost all over the world can increase morbidity and mortality in children under the age of 5 years. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2017, the proportion of children under the age of 5 who died leading to death was estimated at 5 million and in 2018, 60 million people worldwide were infected with HIV. This study aims to analyze the relationship between host-related factors with the incidence of ARI in children under five. This research method uses a systematic literature review of 16 related research articles. The results showed that the proportion of literature according to nutritional status 70%, history of LBW 100%, immunization status 100%, exclusive breastfeeding 100% for oral vitamin A 100%.
