ABSTRAK

Penelitianinibertujuanmengetahuihubunganantarapsikopatidengansocial media fatigue. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.Populasipadapenelitianiniyaituremaja pengguna media sosial di Kalimantan Selatan. Jumlahsampelsebanyak202 remaja pengguna media sosial di Kalimantan Selatan.Jenissamplingpadapenelitianinimenggunakanaccidentalsampling, karakteristik dalam penelitian ini yakniremaja pengguna media sosial berusia 15-18 tahun.MetodepengumpulandatamenggunakanskalaLevenson Self-Report Psychopathy dan skala social media fatigue. Berdasarkan hasil productmoment correlation,didapatkannilair=0,111dengantarafsignifikansi0,115(p>0,05).Berdasarkanhasilanalisistersebutmembuktikanhipotesisyang  diajukan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara psikopati dengan social media fatigue.

          ABSTRACT

This study aims at investigating a relationship between psychopathy and social media fatigue. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The population in this study was adolescents using social media in South Kalimantan. The number of sample was 202 adolescents using social media in South Kalimantan. The type of sampling in this study was the accidental sampling, which included adolescents who used social media aged 15-18 years. Data were collected using the Levenson Self-Report Psychopathy scale and the social media fatigue scale. Based on the results of the product moment correlation, the value of r = 0.111 with a significance level of 0.115 (p>0.05). Based on the results of the analysis, it proves that the proposed hypothesis is not accepted; there is no significant relationship between psychopathy and social media fatigue.
