This study discusses the effect of a mixture of mineral soil and dolomite on the growth and yield of eggplants (Solanum melongena L.) on peat soils. The research was carried out on Jalan Syamsuddin Noor, Kecamatan Landasan Ulin, South Kalimantan. The research was in July 2021. The study used a Random Design Group (RAK) with 9 mixed treatments and 3 repeats namely T0K1 = no mineral soil + dolomite 4.5 tons ha-1, T0K2= no mineral soil + dolomite 6 tons.ha-1, T0K3 = no mineral soil + dolomite 10 tons.ha-1, T1K1 = peat soil 1:1 mineral soil + dolomite 4.5 tons.ha-1, T1K2 = peatland 1:1 mineral soil + dolomite 6 tons.ha-1, T1K3 = peatland 1:2 mineral soil + dolomite 10 tons.ha-1, T2K1 = peat soil 1:2 mineral soil + dolomite 4.5 tons.ha-1, T2K2 = peat soil 1:2 mineral soil + dolomite 6 tons.ha-1, T2K3= peat soil 1:2 mineral soil + dolomite 10 tons.ha-1. The results showed that the provision of a mixture of mineral soil and dolomite had a significant influence on the observation of bulk density, particle density, soil porosity, soil pH and ripening index. In addition, the parameters in the field of giving a mixture of mineral soil and dolomite have a significant influence on the height of the plant, the number of leaves, the number of fruits, the weight of the fruit and the wet weight of the plant.
