Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Make a Match and STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division), Natural Resources. This study used Classroom Action Research (CAR) which was carried out in 3 meetings. The subjects of this study were fourth grade students of SDN Keliling Ulu 2 Martapura consisting of 15 students consisting of 6 male students and 9 female students, in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The data were analyzed qualitatively, namely teacher activities, student activities and quantitatively, namely student learning outcomes. The types of data presented are teacher and student activity data obtained through observation and student learning outcomes data obtained through individual tests. The indicator of mastery learning is set with 80% of students achieving the KKM score of 70. The problem of this research is the low student learning outcomes in Theme 4 Various Jobs. applied only using the application method without the application of demonstrations, learning is one-way and students are not directly involved so that students do not get concrete experience in learning. So the solution to overcome the problem above is to carry out learning by applying the Make a Match and STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) learning models. The purpose of this study was to describe teacher activities, student activities and to analyze student learning outcomes in natural resource science learning materials to improve student learning outcomes for fourth graders around Fort Ulu 2 Martapura. The results showed that the activity of teachers who met the criteria greatly increased from 77% to 97.91%. The activity of students who obtained the very active criteria increased from the percentage of 53.33% to 80%. Student learning outcomes increased from the percentage of 46% to 100%
