Companies to carry out their operational activities require and are large. The funds needed are not enough just to rely on capital or the results of the company's activities. Therefore, companies need funds obtained from investors' funds by investing in the company.

Investments are made by selling and buying shares which are valued at the company's share price. The value of the price of a stock can show how the condition of a company.

Based on this, research was made on the factors that influence stock prices. This study uses the current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE) variables, and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) which are considered to affect the company's stock price.

Perusahaan untuk menjalankan kegiatan perasionalnya membutuhkan dan yang besar. Dana yang dibutuhkan tersebut tidak cukup hanya dengan mengandalkan modal atau hasil dari kegiatan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan membutuhkan dana yang peroleh dari dana envestor dengan cara menanamkan investasi keperusahaan.

Penanaman investasi dilakukan dengan penjualan dan pembelian saham yang dinilai dari harga saham perusahaan. Nilai harga suatu saham dapat menunjukkan bagaimana kondisi suatu perusahaan.

Berdasarkan hal itu dibuat penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan variabel current ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) yang dinilai akan mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.
