Selama pandemi Covid-19 siswa di SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin memiliki kecenderungan nomophobia. Hal ini karena penggunaan smartphone yang meningkat karena seiring kegiatan belajar mengajar dilaksanakan secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara self concept dan self esteem dengan kecenderungan nomophobia pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 25 Banjarmasin. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian korelasi dengan alat pengumpulan datanya berupa angket Skala Likert dengan jumlah sebanyak 118 serta teknik penarikanya yaitu sampel jenuh. Penelitian dilakukan pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 25 Banjarmasin dengan hasil yaitu nilai signifikansi untuk hubungan self concept (X1) dan self esteem (X2) dengan dengan kecenderungan nomophobia (Y) adalah 0,019 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 4.089 > nilai Ftabel 3,07. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, korelasi rank Spearman, dan regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat hubungan antara self concept dan self esteem dengan kecenderungan nomophobia pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin. Saran bagi peneliti selanjutnya, dikarenakan kelemahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh (non probability sampling), maka dari itu untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan purposive sampling.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, students at SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin had a nomophobia tendency. This is due to the increasing use of smartphones because along with teaching and learning activities are carried out online. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-concept and self-esteem with nomophobia tendencies in seventh grade students of SMPN 25 Banjarmasin. The researcher uses a quantitative approach and the type of correlation research with the data collection tool in the form of a Likert Scale questionnaire with a total of 118 and the withdrawal technique is a saturated sample. The study was conducted on seventh grade students of SMPN 25 Banjarmasin with the results that the significance value for the relationship between self concept (X1) and self-esteem (X2) with a tendency y to nomophobia (Y) is 0.019 < 0.05 and Fcount 4.089 > Ftable 3.07 . The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, Spearman rank correlation, and multiple regression The results of the study stated that there was a relationship between self concept and self-esteem with the tendency of nomophobia in seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 25 Banjarmasin. Suggestions for further researchers, due to the weakness in this study using a saturated sampling technique, therefore for further researchers are expected to use purposive sampling.
