Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebagai serangkaian perilaku guru yang melebihi persyaratan peran guru untuk melaksanakan tugas pembelajaran sebaik-baiknya dalam program pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan secara langsung dan tidak langsung antara komtimen guru, disiplin guru dan motivasi kerja dengan Kinerja guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lampihong.

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode koresionaldengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diformulakan kedalam model analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi penelitian sebanyak sebanyak 165 guru dari 39 sekolah yang dan diambil 117 responden sebagai sampel penelitian dengan teknik probability simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan intrumen kuesioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur (path analysis).

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan organisazational citizenship behaviors guru termasuk dalam klasifikasi yang sangat tinggi kategorinya. (2) ada pengaruh tidak langsung: kepemimpinan transformasional  terhadap organisazational citizenship behaviors, lingkungan kerja terhadap organisazational citizenship behaviors, budaya kerja terhadap organisazational citizenship behaviors, pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional  terhadap kepuasan, dan pengaruh budaya kerja  terhadap lingkungan kerja, (3) ada pengaruh tidak langsung pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional  terhadap organisazational citizenship behaviors melalui lingkungan kerja, pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap organisazational citizenship behaviors melalui lingkungan kerja

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tesebut disarankan, bagi kepala sekolah bersama guru PAUD di Kecamatan Lampihong dapat menumbuhkan budaya kerja saling membantu dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, sehingga akan tumbuh kepemimpinan transformasional yang bersahabat yang akan menimbulkan lingkungan kerja  dalam bekerja. dengan suasana kerja yang bersahabat, saling membantu antara sesama rekan kerja dan memiliki lingkungan kerja  yang tinggi dalam bekerja maka akan tumbuh perilaku sukarela dalam bekerja yang biasa disebut organisazational citizenship behaviors guru.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a series of teacher behaviors that exceed the requirements of the teacher's role to carry out learning tasks as well as possible in the learning program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between teacher commitment, teacher discipline and work motivation with PAUD teacher performance in Lampihong District.

The method used in this study is a correlational method with a quantitative approach which is formulated into a path analysis model. The research population was 165 teachers from 39 schools and 117 respondents were taken as research samples using probability simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis using descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and path analysis.

The results showed that: (1) transformational leadership, work culture, work environment, and teacher organizational citizenship behaviors were included in the very high classification category. (2) there is an indirect effect: transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors, work environment on organizational citizenship behaviors, work culture on organizational citizenship behaviors, the influence of transformational leadership on satisfaction, and the influence of work culture on the work environment, (3) there is an indirect effect the influence of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behaviors through the work environment, the influence of work culture on organizational citizenship behaviors through the work environment

Based on the results of this study, it is recommended that the principal and PAUD teachers in Lampihong District can foster a work culture of helping each other in completing work, so that friendly transformational leadership will grow which will create a work environment at work. with a friendly work atmosphere, mutual help between co-workers and having a high work environment at work, voluntary behavior will grow at work which is commonly called organizational citizenship behaviors teacher
