This study aims to determine and test partially and simultaneously the effect of Transformational Leadership, Recruitment, and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT. Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Boro.
This research is a quantitative research, this type of research is associative. Sampling in this study using Simple Random Sampling technique, in order to obtain 218 respondents who were used as research samples. The data used were taken from a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that (1) Transformational Leadership partially has no significant effect on employee performance at PT. Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Boro, (2) Recruitment partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Boro, (3) Work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Boro, and (4) Transformational Leadership, Recruitment, and Work Motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Saptaindra Sejati Jobsite Boro.
