One way that can be applied to support an environmentally friendly cultivation system is by using organic fertilizer from palm oil sludge compost. Utilization of palm oil sludge waste contains nutrients that can help increase plant growth and yield. This study aims to determine the effect of palm sludge compost on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants and to determine the best dose of palm sludge compost on the growth and yield of pakcoy plants. This research was conducted from June to August 2022, at the North Loktabat Kalimantan Research Area, RT.05 RW.02, Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan. This study used a one-factor Completely Randomized Design (CRD) in the form of compost, which consisted of 5 treatments and 4 replications, namely treatment F0 = Control (without adding compost), F1 = Palm sludge compost 17 t ha-1 (0.042 kg/ m2) , F2 = Palm sludge compost 21.25 t ha-1 (0.053 kg/ m2), F3 = Palm sludge compost 29.75 t ha-1 (0.074 kg/m2), F4 = Palm sludge compost 34 t ha-1 ( 0.085 kg/ m2). Each treatment was repeated 4 times, so there were 20 experimental units. The results of the study Provision of palm oil sludge compost had a significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf width, and fresh weight of plants on pakcoy plants at all ages, but the parameter of the number of leaves showed that the application of palm oil sludge compost had no significant effect at the age of 7 dap and The best dose of the treatment of palm oil sludge compost on the yield of pakcoy plants in the F3 treatment was 74.00 g.
