        The purpose of this research was to determine and analyze the effect of company’s age, profitability, and financial leverage on underpricing of stock at the Initial Public Offering Company 2016-2018.

        The population of this research are all of companies that do the Initial Public Offering on 2016-2018 with the purposive sampling as sampling technique. There was 35 companies used as research sampling, and the data analyze used a multiple linier regression method with the SPSS 21 version as a program data. T-Test used as hypotesis test.

        The result showed that company’s age has affecting on underpricing stock, profitability has affecting on underpricing stock, and financial leverage has affecting on underpricing stock at the InitialPublic Offering Company 2016-2018.

        Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh umur perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan financial leverage terhadap underpricing saham pada perusahaan yang melakukan IPO tahun 2016-2018.

        Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang melakukan IPO pada tahun 2016-2018 dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dalam penentuan sampelnya. Terdapat 35 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian, dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian menggunakan uji T.        

        Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  umur perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap underpricing saham, profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap underpricing saham, dan financial leverage berpengaruh terhadap underpricing saham pada perusaan IPO tahun 2016-2018.
