This study aims to produce learning tools based on information technology and to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the resulting devices. Learning tools include syllabus, lesson plans, teaching materials, LKPD, and LP. This research is a development research using the Tessmer development model which includes self-evaluation, expert testing, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The subjects of the research trial were 25 class VIIB students of SMP Negeri 32 Banjarmasin. The results of the study show that this learning device has fulfilled the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the learning device. Information technology-based learning tools are appropriate for improving students' critical thinking skills because the learning tools developed are valid, practical, and effective.
