Telah dilakukan penelitian pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah buah terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) terhadap pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah buah di berbagai konsentrasi secara hidroponik dan mengetahui konsentrasi terbaik pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap hasil penelitian. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) dengan metode pengumpulan data eksperimental. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan satu perlakuan kontrol, 5 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan yaitu D0 (100% AB mix), D1 (25%), D2 (40%), D3 (55%), D4 (70%) dan D5 (85%). Data dianalisis secara statistik melalui uji ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang didapat pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah buah memiliki pengaruh nyata terhadap respon pertumbuhan tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.), karena dapat dilihat pada perlakuan terbaik terdapat pada perlakuan D5 (85%), hal ini dibuktikan dengan jumlah rata-rata hasil tertinggi pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah buah pada tingi tanaman: 22,075 cm, jumlah daun: 20,25 dan berat basah: 41,25 gr/tanaman. Dengan demikian, penggunaan limbah buah sebagai nutrisi pertumbuhan pakcoy memberikan pengaruh yang efektif. 

Research on the application of fruit waste liquid organic fertilizer to the growth of pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.) has been carried out. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth response of the pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plant to the hydroponic application of fruit waste liquid organic fertilizer at various concentrations and to determine the best concentration of liquid organic fertilizer application to the research results. The design of this study used RAL (Completely Randomized Design) with experimental data collection methods. This research was conducted with one control treatment, 5 treatments and 4 replications namely D0 (100% AB mix), D1 (25%), D2 (40%), D3 (55%), D4 (70%) and D5 (85 %). Data were analyzed statistically through ANOVA test and followed by 5% DMRT test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the administration of fruit waste liquid organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the growth response of the pakcoy plant (Brassica rapa L.), because it can be seen that the best treatment was found in treatment D5 (85%), this was evidenced by the average number of yields highest application of fruit waste liquid organic fertilizer on plant height: 22.075 cm, number of leaves: 20.25 and wet weight: 41.25 gr/plant. Thus, the use of fruit waste as a nutrient for pakcoy growth has an effective effect.
