ABSTRAK

Kawasan Ekowisata Mangrove di Desa Pagatan Besar merupakan kawasan mangrove yang terletak di Desa Pagatan Besar. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menentukan jenis gastropoda dan substrat dasar serta nilai kelimpahan dan indeks ekologis gastropoda di lokasi Ekowisata Mangrove Desa Pagatan Besar. Kajian dilaksanakan di dalam kawasan Mangrove di Desa Pagatan Besar. Kajian dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Juni dan 29 Juni 2022 dengan dua sampling. Identifikasi dilakukan dengan bantuan buku identitas gastropoda kemudian fakta yang diperoleh dihitung kelimpahan jenis indeks ekologis. Substrat yang diterima di lokasi penelitian kemudian dianalisis di laboratorium tanah dan diukur salinitasnya menggunakan refraktometer. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat variasi jumlah spesies yang ditemukan di setiap stasiun. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Kelimpahan, iIndeks iKeanekaragaman, iIndeksKeseragaman idan iIndeks iDominasi iyang imemiliki inilai ispesifik iuntuksetiap istasiun.itu didorong oleh berbagai faktor seperti salinitas dan substrat dasar.

ABSTRACT

The Mangrove Ecotourism Area in Pagatan Besar Village is a mangrove area located in Pagatan Besar Village. This study aims to determine the types of gastropods and their basic substrate as well as the abundance and ecological index values of gastropods at the Mangrove Ecotourism site in Pagatan Besar Village. The study was carried out in the Mangrove area of Pagatan Besar Village. The study was conducted on 22 June and 29 June 2022 with two samplings. Identification was carried out with the help of a gastropod identity book and then the facts obtained were calculated for the abundance of ecological index species. The substrate received at the study site was then analyzed in the soil laboratory and its salinity was measured using a refractometer. The results showed that there were variations in the number of species found at each station. This can be seen from the values of Abundance, Diversity Index, Uniformity Index and Dominance Index which have specific values for each station. it is driven by various factors such as salinity and bottom substrate.
