One of the problems with growing agricultural products, especially cucumbers, in Urtisolen is the low soil fertility and low organic matter content in the soil. Using oyster mushroom waste as compost is very promising as it contains high levels of organic C and nutrients that plants need. Therefore, it is suitable for improving soil fertility, growth and yield of cucumbers. The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal dosage of oyster mushroom baglog waste compost for increasing cucumber growth and yield. The study was conducted for three months from February to April 2022 at the North Loktabat Institute, Borneo, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. This study used a fully randomized single factor (CRD) design consisting of 5 treatment levels.b0 = 0 t ha-1 (control), b1 = 7.5 t ha-1, b2 = 15 t ha-1, b3 = 22.5 t ha-1, b4 = 30 t ha-1. Each treatment was repeated 5 times to obtain 25 experimental units. As a result, a dose of 22.5 t ha-1 oyster mushroom barog waste compost was found to affect cucumber plant growth and yield in relation to parameters such as plant height, number of leaves, flower life, harvest age, and fruit diameter. was shown to best increase cucumber fruit number and fresh fruit weight.
