The business trend of fish Amplang products made by the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Banjarbaru City ever-increasing from time to time. The objectives of this study were to analyze (1) the profit of fish Amplang products businessof  SMEs,  (2)  the  feasibility  of  SME’s  business,  and  (3)  factors  that affecting SME’s production. There were two major SMEs intentionally selected in 

this research, namely Rini Amplangku and Sari Alam. The research methods used 

are interview, observation, questionnaire, and literature study. Data obtained were analyzed  using  profit  analysis,  investment  feasibility  analysis  and  regression analysis. The results showed that the average annual profit of SMEs was IDR 

229,564,000 or IDR 19,130,333  per month. The NPV and the net BCR with 

discount factor of 13% were IDR 651,081,760 and 21.67for Rini Amplangku, and 

IDR 643,270,099 and 5.46 for Sari Alam. The values obtained were a positive and 

considered profitable and feasible to be developed. Overall, NPV>0, Net BRC>1, IRR>13%,and  PP<1  year.  It  is  also  clearly  defined  that  the  fish  Amplang production of SMEs affected by the price of product, profit, capital, cost, demand, technology and certificate of processing feasibility (SKP).
