ABSTRAK

Masyarakat telah menggunakan teknologi untuk mencari informasi yang mereka butuhkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satunya adalah teknologi informasi dan teknologi komunikasi seperti handphone, internet, dan media elektronik yang banyak digunakan di semua lapisan masyarakat. Teknologi informasi juga telah mengubah gaya hidup masyarakat, mengakibatkan perubahan budaya, ekonomi, sosial dan peraturan yang cepat. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi, khususnya dalam dunia komunikasi dan informasi, telah memungkinkan akses informasi yang cepat dalam kehidupan kita sehari-hari, yang tentunya membawa manfaat penting bagi kehidupan manusia. UU 11/2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, Pasal 28 (1) dan UU No 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Transaksi Elektronik, Pasal 45A (1). - Ya Tuhan. Artinya, Pasal 11/2008 mengatur bentuk informasi tambahan. Dalam dakwaan pokok, Pasal 2 PTPK berlaku untuk perbuatan terdakwa, dan terdakwa harus mematuhi Pasal 3 PTPK dalam tuntutan pidana.

ABSTRACK

People have used technology to find the information they need in their daily lives.  One of them is information technology and communication technology such as mobile phones, the internet, and electronic media which are widely used at all levels of society.  Information technology has also changed people's lifestyles, resulting in rapid cultural, economic, social and regulatory changes.  The rapid development of technology, especially in the world of communication and information, has made it possible to quickly access information in our daily lives, which of course brings important benefits to human life.  Law 11/2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions, Article 28 (1) and Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Changes to Electronic Transactions, Article 45A (1).  - Oh Lord.  That is, Article 11/2008 regulates the form of additional information.  In the main indictment, Article 2 PTPK applies to the defendant's actions, and the defendant must comply with Article 3 PTPK in criminal charges.
