Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana metode FIFO digunakan dalam sistem persediaan barang Toko Almond Tanah Grogot Kalimantan Timur. Desain inventaris toko Almond Tanah Grogot akan difokuskan dengan Metode First In First Out digunakan untuk menghasilkan data dan informasi tentang barang inventaris. Saat melacak inventaris Toko Almond Tanah Grogot masih menggunakan prosedur manual sehingga sulit untuk menentukan tingkat stok saat ini. Walaupun pada setiap masuk barang dan akhir bulan selalu melakukan pencatatan akan tetapi  Toko Almond tidak membuat kartu untuk setiap item, oleh karena itu tidak dapat menentukan inventaris barang yang masih tersedia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the FIFO method is used in the inventory system of Toko Almond Tanah Grogot East Kalimantan. The inventory design of the Toko Almond Tanah Grogot East Kalimantan will be focused with the First In First Out Method used to generate data and information about inventory items. When tracking inventory, Toko Almond Tanah Grogot East Kalimantan still uses manual procedures making it difficult to determine the current stock level. Although at every entry of goods and the end of the month always keeps a record, the Toko Almond Tanah Grogot East Kalimantan does not make cards for each item, therefore it cannot determine the inventory of items that are still available.
