Abstract : This study addresses several problems when teacher is teaching students using blended learning (BL) in SMKN 1 Marabahan. In pandemic world where people have to stay at home, teachers and students have to learn different way to continue their teaching and learning process. One of several ways to do that is by doing online learning and then continue the materials offline. This study was conducted in SMKN 1 Marabahan using descriptive qualitative method. Then, the questionnaire and interview were used as the research instruments. furthermore, triangulation is used to analyze the data that consist of data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The data analysis shows there are five problems answered by the participants. The problems are : 1) time duration that shortened 2) students that came late to online meeting is more than offline meeting 3) students that hardly responded to teacher’s teaching 4) problem about internet connection 5) problem about technical issue. There are several solutions that the teachers did in order to overcome these problems. The solutions from the teachers from the problems they are facing, such as by asking them to come to school if they have no internet data, re-explaining the materials during offline meeting, making a coordination with parents so they can also help with their studies.
