ABSTRACT. One of Indonesia's proud biodiversity is insects, where stingless honey bees are among the winged insects that produce honey and have been known to humans for a long time. Cultivating stingless honey bees has a positive impact on the economy of the communities managing them, as the demand for honey has significantly increased recently, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The environmental conditions at Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ulum are still unknown as to whether they are suitable for cultivating stingless bees. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences in microclimate (temperature, humidity, and light intensity) in the morning (08:00-09:00 AM), midday (12:00-13:00 PM), and afternoon (16:00-17:00 PM) on the activities of stingless honey bees and to determine their correlations. The method used in this study is bivariate correlation analysis with the Pearson Test and correlation analysis. The results of this research show that the highest number of stingless honey bee individuals in activity is found during midday and the lowest in the afternoon, where the required temperature for stingless bee activity ranges from 26.7°C to 32.4°C, with a correlation of 0.6558, indicating a positive relationship as the trendline direction is upward. The air humidity around the stingless bee habitat ranges from 68% to 99%, with a correlation value that indicates an inverse or negative relationship between humidity and stingless bee activity, with a weak influence and weak interpretation. The light intensity in the bee habitat ranges from 123 to 1087 Lux, with a correlation value of 0.3046 indicating a weak inverse or negative relationship between light intensity and stingless bee activity, which does not significantly impact each other.
