Edamame soybeans, which are popular from Japan, have an important role as a healthy and nutritious food, because of the need for society and high exports, it is necessary to increase land and crop production. The land in Indonesia, namely ultisol soil, which occupies around 25% of the total land area, needs to be used as agricultural land. However, ultisol soil is characterized by acidic soil and minimal nutrients. Synthetic chemical fertilizers are often used to increase agricultural yields because they are easy to use, but continuous use can worsen the condition of increasingly damaged soil. For this reason, organic material from livestock manure is needed which is processed into bokashi so that it can improve soil properties while increasing crop yields.  This study was conducted on agricultural land in the Khalid waste bank area RT 05 RW 05 Pondok Halim Permai Guntung Paikat Banjarbaru in April-June 2023. This research used a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely: P1 = Mutiara NPK Fertilizer 16:16:16 350 kg/ha-1, P2 = Bokashi 2.5 tons/ha-1, P3 = Bokashi 5 tons/ha-1, and P4 = Bokashi 7.5 tons/ha-1 with 6 repetitions to obtain 24 experimental units. The results presented that the application of bokashi livestock manure on the growth and production of edamame bean plants had a significant influence on the number of branches at 14 DAP and 21 DAP observations. Meanwhile, the application of bokashi animal manure and NPK fertilizer to the growth and production of edamame beans also didn’t have a significant effect on these observed parameters.
