ABSTRAK

            Pelnellitian ini belrtujuan untuk melnganalisis pelngaruh Struktur Moldal, Prolfitabilitas, Pelrtumbuhan Pelrusahaan dan Ukuran Pelrusahaan pada Nilai Pelrusahaan sub selktolr Farmasi yang Telrdaftar di Bursa Elfelk Indolnelsia (BElI) Tahun 2018 – 2021. Polpulasi dalam pelnellitian ini adalah pelrusahaan farmasi yang telrdaftar di Bursa Elfelk Indolnelsia (BElI) sellama pelrioldel 2018-2021 yang belrjumlah 12 pelrusahaan.  Pelngambilan sampell melnggunakan telknik purpolsivel sampling. Belrdasarkan kritelria yang ditelntukan dipelrollelh sampell selbanyak 9 pelrusahaan. Telknik Pelngumpulan data dalam pelnellitian ini adalah dolkumelntasi, belrupa lapolran keluangan dan lapolran tahunan pada pelrusahaan  farmasi yang dipublikasikan ollelh BElI 2018 – 2021. Telknik analisis data melnggunakan relgrelsi linielr belrganda.

            Hasil pelnellitian melnunjukkan Struktur Moldal belrpelngaruh telrhadap nilai pelrusahaan pada pelrusahaan sub selktolr farmasi tahun 2018-2021. Prolfitabilitas belrpelngaruh telrhadap nilai pelrusahaan pada pelrusahaan sub selktolr farmasi tahun 2018-2021. Pelrtumbuhan Pelrusahaan tidak belrpelngaruh telrhadap nilai pelrusahaan pada pelrusahaan sub selktolr farmasi tahun 2018-2021. Ukuran Pelrusahaan belrpelngaruh telrhadap nilai pelrusahaan pada pelrusahaan sub selktolr farmasi tahun 2018-2021. Hal ini belrarti bahwa pelrtumbuhan pelrusahaan bellum mampu  melnjadi melkanismel yang telpat untuk  melnaikkan toltal aselt pelrusahaan dan melmpelrtahankan polsisi keluangan.
